Each course can be tailored to a company's unique requirements, but they must have at least three components. First, a presentation (training material) that may be created by Agile Corp Solutions or modified from an existing training course that is already in place inside the company. Second, there is an evaluation or activity part that may be put up to ensure a user has a sufficient degree of grasp of the issue. Finally, after the user has attained the predetermined level of expertise, a certification can be issued.

To improve the user's experience, the content might be a collection of presentations, video, and audio files.

• When necessary, content is updated.
